The location of the house is a good place for those who want to enjoy the peace, but still do not want to give up the amazing view of the city of Makarska and the nearby islands of Hvar and Brac.
Makarska is one of the most famous tourist destinations on the Croatian coast, attractive for its nature and climate, diverse tourist offer and hospitable hosts. Makarska has always been well known for its sand and pebble beach, which is almost 2 km long. Various tourist facilities, comfortable hotels and catering facilities that offer culinary specialties are all lined along the promenades surrounded by pine trees, and there is plenty of entertainment for both children and adults. Makarska is located at the foot of the Biokovo mountain range (1762 m), which protects the city from the harsh continental climate. It has a lush Mediterranean vegetation, mild winters and long and warm summers with a refreshing wind maestral.
To build this exclusive villa we used high quality building materials to ensure our guests a comfortable stay and a touch of luxury. It impress with highest comfort, stylish interior and modern and elegant design.
The house consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a specious open living room with very well equipted kitchen, bathroom and an access to the outdoor area. Three more bedrooms and three bathrooms are located at the first floor.
The terrace has a surface of 50m2 and there you can enjoy fantastic view. The pool area is equipped with a relax zone with sun lounger beds and BBQ with dining space. Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim all day.
The location also offers opportunities for active holidays and walks through the beautiful scenery of the Biokovo Mountains and the surrounding small towns, as well as getting to know the friendly locals, who will gladly welcome you in their bars and restaurants.
