Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. Here you can enjoy in the beautiful views, local culinary specialties and quality wines tourists. Within 5 minutes by car you will be in the tourist center -Tucepi, known for the longest beach on the Makarska Riviera (more than 3 km) along which there is a beautiful walk in a pine alley. Villa Silva can accommodate a total of 10 people and contains two parts of the house. In the ‘white part’ here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms.The whole house is air conditioned and fully covered with free Wi-Fi network to use. The ‘brown part’ has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

In front of the house there is heated swimming pool ( 35m2) with sundbeds.

If you want enjoy swimming in the sea or just lying on the beach we provide you with parking spaces in center of Tucepi.

Villa is overlooking the Adriatic sea and you can feel complete peace and old Dalmatian village atmosphere,away from the summer crowd but enough close to nightlife,cultural events(Makarska,Tučepi-5km),supermarket (4km),beach(5km).

The location also offers opportunities for active holidays and walks through the beautiful scenery of the Biokovo Mountains and the surrounding small towns, as well as getting to know the friendly locals, who will gladly welcome you in their bars and restaurants. There is 3 bikes at your disposal.

In the vicinity you can buy domestic fresh vegetables, fruits, wine, olive oil, even milk and cheese.
