Welcome to the 4 star Apartment Balmis in Makarska. The luxury holiday home, newly built in 2021, built as a semi-detached house, is located in central Dalmatia on the Makarska Riviera. Both houses are about a common Connected to the underground car park and are identical and mirror-inverted.

At the foot of the Biokovo mountain range, it impresses with its modern contemporary architecture, tasteful and high quality furnishings and its high level of comfort. Its excellent location offers you a wonderful panoramic view over the Adriatic Sea, as well as the islands of Hvar and Brac.

Distance:
The extensive pebble beaches and the beach promenade can be reached in 3 minutes by car (approx. 900m). The city center can be reached in 5 minutes by car (approx. 1.7 km)
The city of Split is 60 km away.
The Konzum supermarket can be reached in approx. 400 m

Furnishing:
The Balmis consists of 2 buildings with a total of 9 apartments. Each building has its own elevator. House A has 4 apartments, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. House B has 5 apartments, 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and an additional one Penthouse on the second floor.

The complex has private underground parking and outdoor parking spaces that are free of charge during your stay. We also offer you a heated 45 sqm infinity outdoor pool with a 150 sqm
large terrace. Pool loungers, parasols, outdoor showers, garden furniture and a fireplace grill are also available. A sauna and a fitness room are also at your disposal.

The use of the outdoor facilities is available to all guests. The apartments all have either a terrace or a balcony. All residential units have a sea view.

Each living unit has a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine, Microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is no oven. There is a dining area in each apartment. There is a television with international programs in all bedrooms and living rooms. Air conditioning with air filter cleaning and free WiFi are also available. We provide towels for the bathroom, but not pool towels.

There is a common room with a washing machine and iron in villa.

Children are very welcome and on request we can provide a cot for a deposit.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking in closed rooms is not permitted.
