Walking a little further south of Split, you reach the Makarska Riviera and Marina Baska Voda, which is accessible because of the proximity of the city of Split. Boats of all sizes can fit in this marina. Near Makarska is Marina Podgora with 220 berths and all necessary facilities for boaters, and in Makarska is located Marina Tucepi with 150 berths in the sea and 50 more dry berths.

In a naturally protected area from Cape Osejava from the southeast to the peninsula of Sv. Petra in the northwest, there is Marina Makarska. Also it has long been known as a strategically important sunrise, and today it is a very well-known haven for nautical tourism.
